1. Information we collect

• Account and sign-in information, including your email address, user ID, sign-in method, identity-token validation results, and session identifiers.
• Training-profile information you provide, such as goals, activity level, focus areas, equipment, available time, and injury or discomfort notes.
• AI Coach conversations, generated plans, completion status, and chat history.
• Device and log information, such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, request time, error logs, security-audit logs, and essential cookie or local-storage identifiers.

2. How we use information

• Provide, personalize, maintain, secure, and improve recreofit.
• Authenticate users, synchronize plans, respond to support requests, investigate errors, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Generate AI Coach responses and practical movement plans from information you choose to submit.

3. Sharing and service providers

• Supabase provides account authentication, session management, database storage, and related security capabilities.
• Google and Apple provide identity verification if you choose their sign-in services.
• AI, cloud-hosting, logging, and storage providers help operate the app, generate responses, retain necessary data, investigate errors, and maintain security.
• We may disclose necessary information when required by law or to protect users and prevent fraud or abuse.
• We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies, SDKs, and permissions

• The web app uses essential cookies or local storage to maintain sign-in state, sessions, and security checks.
• The mobile app uses Google and Apple sign-in SDKs, the Supabase client, and basic runtime logging.
• Photo permission is requested only if you choose to upload an avatar. The current version does not access location, contacts, microphone, camera, HealthKit, or other health-platform data.

5. Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide recreofit, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices

You can request access, correction, export, or withdrawal of consent. You can also delete your account from the Profile area in the app. Deleting an account removes the associated app data and sign-in identity, subject to information we must retain for legal or security reasons.

7. Children and minors

recreofit is intended for adults or people using it with a guardian's consent and guidance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a minor provided personal information without appropriate consent.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as product functions, legal requirements, or service providers change. We will provide notice of material changes through the app, updated pages, or another reasonable method.
